Current Job Openings as of 6-02-2010:

  • Director of Nursing
    Ground floor opportunity with Hospice Agency. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) RN to assist in development, implementation and management. Previous palliative care and/or hospice experience necessary. Generous benefit package including PTO, medical, dental, and 401K.

  • LVN Case Manager
    Ground floor Opportunity with Hospice Agency. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) LVN case manager to work with field staff to provide excellent patient care to our valued patients and their families. Competitive benefit package including PTO, medical, dental, and 401K.

  • RN Case Manager
    Leaders Need Apply! The hospice agency of choice in Southern California is seeking an RN Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English a +) for its fast paced nursing department. Under the supervision of the Director of Patient Care Services, the RN Case Manager is responsible for directing a team of caregivers in providing the best care for a select group of patients with Compassion, Dignity, and Grace. Will admit, assess, evaluate, plan, and direct all aspects of patient care. Case Manager will provide skilled nursing in the patient's home when an RN level of expertise is required. The position is full time and we offer Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO. Educational Assistance is also available. One year experience in a similar position is preferred but we will consider a candidate with the basic skills and a "can do" attitude.

  • Community Liaison
    Haven Health is looking for community liaisons for Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Experience in Health Care marketing preferred Hospice experience ideal. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Spanish-speaking a plus.
  • BSW
    Exciting position for a BSW is available now with Haven Hospice. This is a unique position as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will be serving patients within the Los Angles and Long Beach area.
